Brokerage services related to land purchase and subsequent handling of the sales process for 216 apartments and premises in a project implemented by our partner NovaForm Polska. Construction completion is planned for Q1 2027.

Svaran. Swarzędz
Sales management for apartments (463 units in total) in the multi-stage NovaForm Polska project in Swarzędz. Construction work began in Q2 2025.

Nove Olendry. Naramowice
The multi-year process of selling all 441 apartments in the three stages of the first residential development in Poznań developed by NovaForm Polska. Construction is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.

Koninko Estate. Kórnik
In Koninek near Poznań, we sell apartments (over 300 units) in a long-term residential project in the Dutch building style, implemented by NovaForm Polska.

Dopiewiec_Odnova. Dopiewo
Intermediation service in the purchase of land (50 ha) and implementation of the apartment sales process in the large-scale suburban project Dopiewiec_ODNOVA by NovaForm.

Emerald Villas. Środa Wielkopolska.
Sales of houses in a small project (12) in Środa Wielkopolska, developed by the Poznań-based company Wille Miejskie. Sales are expected to end in Q2 2024.

Sale of 52 apartments (2022-2023) in two small projects in the Wilda district, implemented by the Wille Miejskie company.

Comprehensive sales support for 121 apartments (plus investment land purchase brokerage) in a project on Pogodna Street. 2017-2019

Sale of 120 apartments as part of a multi-family development project by PozBud, 2017-2019.

Exclusive sales office for the Wilda project by developer Constructa Plus – 141 apartments. The project was implemented between 2017 and 2019.

Sales management for 88 apartments developed by an investor on Czarnieckiego Street in Poznań. Project implemented between 2017 and 2019.

RiverPark. Wilda
Managing the sales process for 188 apartments for the first Poznań project of the Austrian group ImmoFinananz. The project was completed in 2016.
